Share your results and enter our monthly $500 wholesale gift card drawing

Before submitting, your client must review and sign the KPS Essentials Permission for Photography/Video Files release form. Download it below, have your client complete and sign it, then scan or photograph the signed copy to upload with your submission.

Submissions without a signed release will not be reviewed.

Complete the submission form in full. You will be asked to provide treatment details, upload one combined side-by-side before and after image, and upload the signed client release form.

Each approved submission is entered into our monthly $500 KPS Essentials wholesale gift card drawing.

We love seeing the real results our spa partners create. This program allows KPS spa partners to share before and after imagery from professional treatments and home care protocols for educational and marketing purposes.

Approved submissions may be featured across KPS Essentials marketing, education, sales materials, website, email, and social media.

Who Can Submit

  • Active KPS Essentials spa partners
  • Licensed practitioners submitting results from their own practice
  • Treatments that include KPS professional products and/or recommended home care

Monthly Incentive

  • One $500 KPS Essentials wholesale gift card awarded monthly
  • One entry per unique client case
  • Winning submissions are featured in the monthly Partner Newsletter
  • Winners are notified via Ryver and email
  • Gift card is valid on wholesale purchases only

Partner Credit & Recognition

When submissions are featured, KPS Essentials will make every effort to credit the submitting practitioner and practice.
  • Before and after images must be combined into one single side-by-side image
  • Do not upload separate before and after photos
  • Photos must be taken from the same angle, distance, and lighting
  • Facial expression and body positioning should remain consistent
  • No filters, smoothing, beauty mode, or image alteration
  • Cropping for alignment is permitted only if results are not altered

Required Uploads: One side-by-side before and after image + one signed client release form.

Treatment Disclosure: Treatment performed, skin/body condition, number of sessions, products used, and home care regimen if applicable.
